Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

Trespassing

A mall here in Mi. (And former employer of mine) is try to ban me from an Eatery that is an out parcel (separate building) from the mall itself (roughly 1000' from the mall), the establishment owns and maintains their property and building. The eatery pays an easment cost to the mall for use of the road leading to their parking lot. I do not feel that they can legally do this and would love some clarification.

Thank you
