Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I have a warrant for a MIP when I was 19. I am now 25, so the warrant is 6 years old. I plan on turning myself in but would like to know what could possibly happen. Will I have to do jail time?

A first offense MIP is not punishable with jail time unless you violate a probation condition.
