Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
Workplace Harassment
What can I legally do when my employer is not properly dealing with workplace harassment? There is no action taken when brought to the bosses attention. No tolerance policy was suppose to take place and because there is no ''evidence'' no action can be taken against the offending parties.

Re: Workplace Harassment
The only thing you can do is file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission if it involves a civil rights issue. You could also file a complaint under state law but if youa re still working there, it will be almost impossible to get a lawyer. If it just involves being nasty, then there is no protection unless you are unionized.
