Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I have a writ of garnishment on my wages, they have also put a writ of garnishment on my tax refund, they have received more than the garnishment from my previous employer and current employer and now they are receiving my refund for more than $1000 more than the judgement, what can be done?
