The name is considered in the context of the website and webpage at which the name is found. Whether something is legal or not, a person can always sue another person to force an issue or cause trouble. Persons who do not break laws are sued regularly and good people spend money defending themselves against lawsuits that should have never been filed in the first place.

Consider whether the gain from posting the name is worth the potential trouble.
