Un-Registered Trademark Protection

I have been having problems with several people on the internet either 1: Deflaming my company name or 2: Imitating my Staff by using my staff's names in chatrooms and forums we operate in. At this moment the user's will not stop... As they are all just over 18... we are trying to keep from taking this to Court. They have already caused our company loss of customers which causes loss of money. The loss is not enough yet to take them to court for it. But i want to know what we can do to enforce our un-registered trademark. I have been through several government pages on the subject and now i am seeking legal advice for it. Any response would be MOST APPRECIATED! Thank You
