virus/spyware
i called my isp where i bought the internet security suite that even though the software is installed that i was still haveing virus/spyware on my computer they checked it out and said there was no virus/spyware on the computer and software working fine if i have a virus/spyware on my computer and it messed it up would i be able to sue or something about that?

You can sue but you will need a computer expert and suing could be expensive, all of which will come out of your pocket whether or not you win. You could start with putting a letter in writing to them. If that doesn't work and you are still interesting in pursuing, consider having an attorney write a letter on your behalf.
Another suggestion is to try www.auditmysoftware.com which has free software called System Tracker, which is amazing at controlling the programs running on your computer. It can easily stop any spyware for good. Do a Google search on it and see that it is good software.
