Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Michigan

Filing suit against a property tax assessor ? ......

for corruption, extortion, grand-theft, abuse of office AND(if I do not pay taxes based on this fraudulent assessment) .... I will lose this property due to foreclosure.

HERE is the ''constitution-law-SPIN'' ...to file a civil-rights-suit against these people for a violation of my 4th Admendent ....unreasonable searches and SEIZURES.

What they are doing is CLEARLY against state law. This abuse of us - We-the-people of the State of Michigan - MUST be challenged and these-people must be held accountable for these criminal acts.
