Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Michigan
May a private individual call himself "Private Attorney General" without going to college and just learning law from the internet?

The phrase "Private Attorney General" does not mean what you seem to think it means. A private attorney general is a party who brings certain types of legal claims that benefit the public and that could have been brought by the state instead. So the term means only that the person is a plaintiff in a particular type of case. It does not mean she is practicing law or has any particular kind of background.
