Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Michigan
Quick Question
I have a quick question. Are there any cases that are related to police officers showing their identification to an individual that they've pulled over?

Re: Quick Question
They have to do so when asked, but there's no cases known that say they don't.
Otherwise, you have no obligation to accept that they are officers. Well, unless it's REALLY obvious.
