Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Michigan
violation of constitional rights by a state court
what is the statue of limitations for a state court violating a mom's rights to get in court within a timely manner to fight an ex parte order taking her children? can i file a lawsuit in federal court suing a state court judge(s) for violating my fundamental rights? because of the violation of due process another judge went on to say the father had established a custodial home, because of the time the children had been with him. i was still waiting to get my day in court on the original ex parte order.

Federal courts won't consider a claim like this. Your remedy, if any, lies within the state court system.
Good luck.
