Legal Question in Construction Law in Michigan
bad home repair
Three months after purchasing a home in Michigan, we noticed the roof was leaking, the real estate company sent contractors to put on a new roof, and repair the ceiling inside the house. After it was replaced it started leaking again. The real estate company gave us a verbal one year warranty. can they be made to honor the agreement?

not under a "verbal warranty theory..." but certainly under contract law or under certain other factual developments- you need to call an attorney
