Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Is there a ''3 day rule'' to back out of a used car contract?
I recently purchased a vehicle and am now second guessing the choice (as well as having marrital problems), and am not sure if I should enter into such a large purchase. Can I cancel the contract and return the vehicle if it is within 3 business days? I purchased it from a used car dealership.

You have to look at the contract you signed. usually, lemon laws do NOT apply to used cars. If you want the dealer to take the car back, you might try negotiating and taking a small hit.
