Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I am in 8th grade (in high school next year) and my school passed out the year-books on friday, but they refuse to give me mine because I am under on my lunch money... now i know that sounds fair but i didn't buy the year-book from the school, I paid the company who made the year-books for it... so my question is cant they do that? I mean is it LEGAL for the school to refuse to give me MY year-book, for that reason... eventhough everybody paid the company NOT the school for the year-books???? or does the school HAVE to give me my year-book??????
p.s.- please answer ASAP school ends this week and i REALLY REALLY want my year-book
THANK YOU soooo much for your time!

Pay up. Even if you are right, you would ha e to sue the school to win and that would take months. I'm sure your mom or dad can front your lunch money. Tim Klisz
