Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I attempted to buy cigarettes at a local gas station. I gave the clerk my I.D, and then was proceeded with a battery of belligerent questions. He accused my I.D. of being invalid, and at one point tried to keep my I.D. Finally he threw my I.D. at me, and told me in very foul language to get out of his store.
THIS IS A VALID STATE I.D. I AM of legal age to buy cigarettes.
