Does MI have the 3 day contract cancellation law on purchasing a used car? Can it be returned within 3 days?

Not unless it provides for that type of cancellation in the agreement or there are some unusual circumstances. If you went to a dealership and signed the standard agreement without a three-day rescission period, then you are stuck with the contract and the car.
