Beetles In Hot Chocolate Mix
i bought a box of hot chocolate mix from a chain store. i found beetles in one package. i informed the producer, and their legal dept told me to send the bugs and unused portions to them.
this just struck me wrong. turning all evidence over to them to just dispose of. what should i do??

Re: Beetles In Hot Chocolate Mix
You should first contact an attorney to find out if you have a case. The mere fact that you found beetles in hot chocolate will not entitle you to a money settlement. You must prove that you suffered damages.
