Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Hello, I went to a Burger King that I have never been to this Burger King before and went to the drive through to purchase a senior drink and looking at the speaker, I noticed a sign just below it that said to the effect that to purcahse a senior drink that I had to have a food purchase to be able to get a senior drink. When the girl asked if she could help I asked her if I buy just a senior drink without a food purchase and she answered that they do not sell senior drinks alone without a food purchase, I said OK then and just drove off. I have never had this problem at any other Burger King. Is this legal? Thanks
