Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
buying furniture
I went to a furniture store with a
friend. He had my credit card and
went back in after showing me the
price which was $5000 and he made
the purchase signed my name and
everything. I looked over the
statement two days later and was
not aware of the couch was the floor
sample and it said all sales are final,
but I have not even left the store
with the merchandise. what are my
legal case

It is unclear whether you have an issue with the use of the card by the friend or the fact that the couch purchased was the floor model. If you were sold the floor model and you were never informed you would be purchasing the floor model, then you have an action against the retailer.
