car contract
i bought a car had singed all the paper work we have had the car for 3 weeks now they want it back because the loan did not go through. do i have any rights.

If you haven't paid for the car according to the agreement, then you have no right to keep the car and you may be responsible for paying for the use of the car during the three weeks.
