Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
car rip off
bought a car and there are problems, the dealer is giving me the run around, warranty is going to run out and it is still not fixed. i need to know if i have any legal rights to either return the car, or make the dealer fix the problem. i have only had the car a month and it has been at the dealer for 3 weeks.

If you purchased your car new from the dealer, you have rights under Michigan's Lemon Law
MCL 257.1401 to MCL 257.1410. You can find this law on the State of Michigan website. I have an article about this law at www.lawrefs.com under the consumer law section.
