charged for mattress I never received
I ordered a mattress from Town & Country Waterbeds, Clearwater Fl, I have never received but they charged my credit card. When I call the # that I placed the order all I get is a recording of the showroom hrs and no way to talk to anyone I have let messages to call me back and have emailed them 2 times to find what is going on, but no response from them What can I do to recover my money. Please help

You might consider attempting to report the charge as fraudulent to your credit card company - fraudulent in the sense that the company that sold you the product does not exist.
