Complaint against an insurance company
I want to follow through with my complaint but I don't seem to find the form that I can use. Can I just call and speak with someone ?

If you are referring to a lawsuit, there is no form Complaint to use. Each lawsuit commences with a Complaint and a Summons and Complaint. The Summons and Complaint is a form whereas the Complaint is specifically tailored to the facts of the case. You should have an attorney prepare the Complaint. Now, if you are referring to a Consumer Complaint, those can be found at the Michigan government website.
