Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
consumer law
I have a defective Whirlpool washer which is still under warranty. I've been trying to get them to repair it correctly, but both Whirlpool and A & E Factory Service have been giving me the run-around for over two months. I've discovered that they have lied to cover up the repair facts. Still, I cannot talk to the same person at either place twice... It is a huge mess. What can I do?

Re: consumer law
You can have an attorney write a letter to them. You can also sue them in small claims court without an attorney.
You should lay an appropriate foundation either way via a letter to them sent via certified mail return receipt requested.
If you have further questions or concerns or would like my assistance in writing the letter, please contact me via my website at www.lawrefs.com.
