contract law
I'm buying a new boat. State of Michigan. Gave 10% down. Boat ordered in April. Manufacturer delivered in June. Dealership still working on boat....boating season almost over. Work originally promised now needing compromises. Season almost over! Frustrated. Any recourse?

Re: contract law
Depends on the terms of your contract - especially with the dealer. When did they promise to have it ready, and is it writing?? You might be able to rescind your contract given the various delays, and be entitled to your 10% deposit back.
