credit card fraud
my son stole my credit card and charged over 1200.00 on my credit card playing an internet game. Am I liable for these charges?

If you are not willing to issue a police report for these charges and don't work with the credit card company on this, yes you will be held liable for these charges. This wouldn't stop you from getting your son on the hook through small claims court, however.
