Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
My daughters highchair bottom came out from under her and she fell through it. She was well within the weight limits of the chair and it was setup properly. I contacted the company and they want me to send the chair to them. I'm wondering if theres some type of recourse we should pursue.

Was she injured? That’s the key to your inquiry. If you have a injury situation, then be very careful about sending the seat away.
