Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Fraudulent Purchases made
Am I legally obligated to return products that were fraudulently purchased and shipped to my address back to the vendors. If I do have to, what recourse in shipping costs do I have. Do I have to pay or does the vendor? Thank You
