Home Solicitation Sales Act
I would like to cancel an in home contract. Both my wife and I signed the contract for windows. In returning the Notice of Cancellation to the company (it is within the 3 business days), do both my wife and I have to sign the form or is my signature sufficient.

You both need to sign to cancel or the one who does not sign is still bound by the contract.
