Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Can I go to jail for not paying on a payday loan? I have been threatened that I will be put in jail. Can they really send me to jail?

No. This is a huge scam and they are just taking the chance you had one you didn't pay. Don't pay a dime and google "payday loan scam"
