Lemon Law?
I recently purchased a new car and realized the airconditioning was not working well. I took it to the dealer 4 times now for the same issues within the past month. The same mechanic seems to be assigned to fix my car and now today when I drove it out of the shop for the 4th time, it seems to have a strange engine noise. Can I get a refund? I am so upset over this. I do not understand why it can not be repaired properly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you took your car in for the first time for the air-conditioning problem during the warranty period, then you may have a lemon law case. There is a procedure you need to follow, however, and then if it happens, again, you may get a refund (less usage) or have the vehicle replaced. Please feel free to contact me for assistance.
