Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I live in Michigan and purchased a car located in Arizona on line. Wired the money and the dealership has changed the delivery date two times as they claim they are waiting for a part to repair the car. this was a surprise to me. The delivery date projection is next week potentially. I am now concern about the car and requested a refund and the dealership will not refund my money. What action can I take?

You should discuss this with a consumer attorney in Arizona, because that is where the defendant is and where you would need to sue if needed.
