Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
In Michigan what is the proper legal way to obtain a copy of a news report and all other video shot for the report that did not air? What forms are needed? What order are they filed? Do you have to get a warrant or subpena for them? Thank-You for your help in answering this!! It has had me stumpped for a couple of weeks!!! Thank-You!
Sincerely,
Cindy Roberts

Its owned by the news agency and my guess is they don't have to give it up unless they are sued for it or they respond to a valid subpoena in ongoing litigation where the information is relevant. Do you have ongoing litigation? Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
