Misleading Selling and Advertising Practices
Is it fair for a company to promise you a specific item and then falter on that verbal promise?

Yes- But the verbal promise is the problem. It is hard to prove a verbal promise, and therefore hard to make out a claim under the Michigan consumer protection act. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
