Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
misreputation of a car
My son just bought a 1996 impala. After getting it home. He found out its not a Impala its a caprice made to look like a Impala. If he would have known that he wouldn't have bought it. The blue book value for a Impala is 8000, for a Caprice its 3000. He paid 9000 for what he thought was a Impala, is there anything he can do. He has had that car for 2 weeks.

You have a lawsuit for violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, in which you will be entitled to attorney fees plus your damages. You also have a lawsuit for fraud and breach of contract.
