Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Paid wedding photographer $6500 for album and prints. It's been 15 months since my wedding and I still have no photographs. What legel action can I take against the photographer that will bring some form of resolution. Can I sue her for monies paid or am I just screwed?

Of course you can sue. Have you taken all reasonable steps to find out when the photos are coming? If you have tried all avenues, then a lawsuit would be next. Since you are above small claims, I would recommend hiring counsel to handle it for you. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to get started. Tim Klisz
