Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Should I pay my Charge, If they were neligent during shipping
I purchased kitchen that were a display model and in very good shape. The Company left them out in the rain on two occasions prior to delivery. I ask them to replace the cabinets or give them to me free if I accepted all responsibility for future product failure. Although the Company admitted it was negligent, it was only willing to refund the sale price and not the replacement cost.
What are my options

If the company is willing to refund the sales price (as well as any return costs you might have incurred), you would be made whole. That seems to be your best option. Get your money back and get cabinets elsewhere. www.lawgreg.com
