Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
What is the possibility of sueing and winning a case against McDonalds for having a fly in my drink. I went through the drive-through and ordered a Sugar Free Vanilla iced coffee. When I got home I saw some black things on the inside of my lid. I opened the lid and also seen a fly floating in my drink. Could I sue them for this and get some money?

Assuming you got suck from injesting the fly, yes, you would have a case against McDonalds under the Michigan Food Law, but if you did not get sick, there is no case because there are no damages. Please visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
