Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
i was recently charged with third degree retail fraud in michigan. It was all a mistake.. i had $4 worth of items in my hand and had to go to bathroom not thinking I put in my pocket. I had full intent on paying when I left the store. When I came out of the bathroom was arrested. I was not out of the store and intended on paying. it was a mindless slip of what I would do at home if I had something in my hand and had to go to bathroom

That still doesn't make you absolved of the charges. The security officer will testify that this is a common explanation. You do have options here. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
