Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I had a tire repaired last week, and just noticed (passenger rear tire; never see that side of car) that the hub cap is gone.
Is the tire repair facility responsible to replace it? Or would they just chalk it up to coincidence?
Car is 2 1/2 years old, no problems with other hub caps.
Thank you very much.

Ask them about it. They may pay to get a replacement. Otherwise you are looking at small claims and it may not be worth your time. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
