vehicle repair fraud
my dealership replaced a part in my lease vehicle that did not need replacing, i paid for it then found out the original part was just fine what can i do

Have you tried getting a refund from the dealership? I would suggest doing that first before doing anything that could cost money (like suing them in small claims court, for example)
