Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
vehicle repairs
I bought a 2008 truck and now, with only 2000 mostly highway driven miles on it, the transmission needs to be replaced, per the dealership. Do I have a legal right to have them replace the vehicle rather than to replace the transmission and have a questionable service record on the truck when I sell it?

Re: vehicle repairs
No, under the Michigan lemon law, you have to allow them to fix it to a certain extent.
