Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
My wife went through the drive thur at a arbys in fenton, mi. She got a jr arby. She left the store and on her way home (we live in flushing ,mi) she began to eat it she bite in to some thing hard and thought it was odd , she then turned it over to find a foreign substance/almost like rubber in bedded in the bun. My wife is 9 months pregnate, and is descusted and worried that the piece she ate might harm the baby. I don't know what we can do , we still have the sandwich and also took some pictures. I guess we would like arbys to learn a lesson and make sure this dosent happen to some one else. And giving us a new sandwich isn't what we want so iam just seeing what we can do

Get her to a doctor right away. If there are actual medical injuries to her or the child, it's an excellent case. If not, not worth very much. Visit kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
