window company messed up my house and wont fix it

i had windows put in my house .the company that did the work did a very bad job ive been trying to get them to fix there windows its been a year now im tired of waiting now i want them to pay for bringing the value of my house down thank you for your help

You should have a reputable company inspect the windows and estimate the cost of repair or replacement. You should then retain an attorney and file suit alleging violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act based upon the seller's misrepresentations. That would allow you the opportunity to recover your legal fees.
