A 13 year old bill
After receiving a bill from a collection agency for 315.Dollars.I in turn called this Doctor that I have no recollection knowing. She said that I had work done in 1994.I have not received any bills from or even remember having to go to them for some dental work. Do I still have to pay this bill?

Re: A 13 year old bill
No, it is too old to collect on unless you validate the debt or you made a payment within the last six years. You can write to them and tell them the statute of limitations has expired and that you do not acknowledge the debt.
