Appartment Complex
Can I sue an appartment complex for not sending me a bill for the damages, and it ending up on my credit? Basically they didnt try to notify me in anyway before sending it off to affect my credit.

Yes, they had an obligation which they breached and this breach caused you damage. It would be more prudent however to dispute the item on your report and write a letter to them requesting that they take it off your report or you will consult legal counsel. If they do not, then have an attorney write a more persuasive letter.
