Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I was asked to move in with my fiancee 3 years ago and did. She has run up her bills and credit cards and is blaming me for 1/2.

Her sons age 42 and 36 live here also and haven't worked in 7 years or paid a bill one. Can she make me pay through the court? I'm willing to help some if the bums move out!!!

I highly doubt you are responsible for her credit card bills unless you were a co-signer. I doubt she would take you to Court either. Sounds like you need to sit down and sort things out.
