Can a 3rd party's Debt collector Collect on a other parties Deductible? Resulting for uninsured auto claim on privet property?

I was under the impression that the insurance company could not collect there insureds decidable ?

If I understand your question correctly, I have seen insurance companies send out letters to collect the $500 "mini-tort" payments on behalf of their insureds as part of their agency agreement.
