Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Business Expense Reimbursments

As a frequent traveler I am essentially a corporate vendor, i.e. I carry debt on their behalf for which I am not currently reimbursed. Does my company have the right to require that I use a corporate credit card for the reimbursement of legitimate business travel expenses? This is a corporate credit card in name only, i.e. it provides the corporation with advantages, but I hold liability for all debt to the credit card company. I have no control over interest rates, etc.

Re: Business Expense Reimbursments

It's not a question of the company's right to require this(assuming you mean legal right, which. of course, there is none), but rather of your continued willingness to put up with carrying the bag, indefinitely, for a company which, if things were to head south, could leave you holding the bag.
