Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

car loan

Loan company has no record of me or my loan in their system. The paperwork they sent had dates from 10 years ago. I paid last month, but what should I do in the future? I have spoken with 4 different people and the same answer, I don't exist in their system.

If there was a debt that was extinguished by the statute of limitations, by making a payment, you have renewed the statute of limitations.
